RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. But don’t worry—all items are fully refundable! No questions asked.

If you are not pleased with your recent purchase, simply contact us at contact@inspireddove.com within 14 days of receiving it to get the process started.

After contacting us, simply return the items with the invoice and original packaging. We will issue you a return shipping label, which you will need to attach to the outside of your return shipping packaging. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items must be in new condition, and free from any damage and alterations to qualify for a refund. After we receive the item and verify that it is still in new condition, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment that was used in the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

Any paid shipping costs for your purchase are non-refundable.

Exhanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@inspireddove.com.
